Garland construction were contracted to convert a basement into a self contained studio apartment. The basement, previously unused due to low head height, was excavated to gain sufficient ceiling height and steel beams were installed to remove internal walls. A full water/ damp proofing system was installed. The end result was outstanding and a complete transformation from the dark old basement that was once there.
